Tiger eye affects only the eye color of horses. It makes them a sort of orange or amber color, like the eyes of a tiger.

Tiger eye is recessive.

It's likely that other dilutions affecting eye color interact with tiger eye. While looking for references, the only horse I found with tiger eye and a dilution was a palomino with blue eyes. Based on this, in RHG, cream and tiger eye together combine to make the eyes blue.
