Lean Canvas - sedioben/IoTproject GitHub Wiki

The Lean Canvas is an adaptation of the Business Model Canvas by Alexander Osterwalder, which Ash Maurya has derived in the spirit of the Lean Startup Principles. In contrast to the "Business Model Canvas", which is often used for more complex business models, the Lean Canvas is used for the development of concrete products/services. It is more action-oriented and entrepreneurial in nature and focuses strongly on the factors for starting a business such as uncertainty and risk. Therefore it is more targeted and effectively involves both small and large companies. [1]

The Lean Canvas consists of a total of nine different fields that describe how you create value for your customers with the company, how this value gets to your customers and how money can be earned with it. [1]
