At the end of our co-creation phase of the Living Lab process, we want to present our idea in the form of an elevator pitch. The elevator pitch can be understood as a summary of all previous subchapters of the co-creation phase. The elevator pitch briefly explains the current situation, our new service offering, and the target group. Besides, the market competitors are named as well as the motivation for implementing the service and the mission statement is explained. [1]
