How to Get it Working

Start Cytoscape : Applications | DAVIX | Visualize | Cytoscape | Cytoscape
In the file open dialog navigate to:
```
/home/davix/samples/cytoscape
```
Open the sample graph in this directory, e.g. galFiltered.cys
The data is then rendered.
