Purpose: Design discussion and decisions around exporting Harmony search and L2SS subset results to user S3 buckets.

Key points:

• Local save remains default behavior
• S3 export is optional
• Metadata-only results can be written directly to S3
• Data transfer feasibility depends on OB.CLOUD URL types (HTTPS vs S3)

Open questions:

• Can OB.CLOUD sources support server-side S3 copy?
• Where should transfer logic live (desktop vs service)?
