• Team allocation and swaps for back/front end

  • Theme for calendars
  • Sharing calendar
  • Location for task
  • Smart scheduling (auto complete)
  • Point system => Gamification (Snapchat streaks)

  • Syncing with another calendar
  • Load images

Conclusions/Summary:

• Split teams properly
• Discussed ideas that would lead to development and base

Action Items:

• Break into allocated frontend/ backend groups and discuss tasks to develop features
• Plan each feature for each team and then integrate with each other
