2006: Partnered with Al and Diane Drewke.
2011: The Hunts launched their own label "SKOV" (Danish word for "forest") from the premises of the old Glenwood Oaks Winery. Wines were well received and the wine club quickly grew to over 100 members.
2012: Barely a year later, the family announced their intention to cease commercial wine production to spend more time with their teenage children. They sold their winemaking equipment but retained the rights to the brand name.
