Overview
Perhaps smallest kosher winery in the country. One-man operation from vineyard to bottle. Estate bottled wines.
History
Began planting small vineyard 36 years ago with intention of making wine for Shabbos and Yom Tov. Site was originally planted with wine grapes in 1880s, vines pulled during Prohibition.
Vineyard
Santa Cruz Mountains - 3.5 acres on south-facing slope surrounded by oak and redwood forest, looking down valley to Pacific Ocean. CCOF certified organic. Dry-farmed (not irrigated) for concentrated flavors.

- Cabernet Franc
Winemaking
One-person operation overseeing quality from vine to bottle. Not Mevushal. Kosher for Passover.

- Frère Robaire - Bordeaux blend
Library wines occasionally available through auction. Limited annual release typically sells out quickly.
