History

Located on Miller Hill at an elevation of 1750 feet. This single acre Pinot Noir vineyard is organically farmed and is irrigated using a solar powered rainwater capture-and-storage system. Andre Kobel was born in Switzerland. After graduating he emigrated to Canada and then to Silicon Valley where he eventually became CEO of Elanix Inc.

Fruit from this vineyard is used by:

• Silver Mountain
• Villa del Monte Winery - produces a 100% Pinot Noir aged in French and American oak for 9 months
• Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard - produces a Pinot Noir from Clos De Madrone
