What is CISCO Packet Tracer?

Cisco Packet Tracer is a comprehensive, networking technology teaching and learning program that offers a unique combination of realistic simulation and visualization experiences, assessment and activity authoring capabilities, and opportunities for multiuser collaboration and competition.

STEP 1 : Open the CISCO Packet Tracer. STEP 2 : Setup the network with systems, switch and server. Provide the connection as per required. STEP 3 : Set up the IP address for server.

STEP 4 : Set up the IP addresses for the systems in the network. STEP 5 : Edit the HTML page available in HTTP service in the server. STEP 6 : Open a web browser of any of the systems available in the network and in the url enter the IP address of the server and observe the change made in the server to be displayed in the systems of the network. STEP 7 : Click on the simulation button to know the process of exchange of information in network and through which path the communication takes place and many more informations are gathered.
