Reinvention Navigator Program

Position Overview

The Scrum of Scrums Master (SoSM) will facilitate product management practices across 2-3 product teams in the Reinvention Navigator program - our strategic AI-powered change management platform. This role requires strong leadership to support the Chief Product Owner (CPO) and Product Owner teams while ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Stakeholder Coordination

• Support CPO and Product Owner teams in their agile ceremonies and practices
• Facilitate MetaScrum events and key stakeholder meetings
• Help coordinate product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization activities
• Manage relationships and communication with business stakeholders
• Coordinate feedback loops between stakeholders and product teams

Process Improvement & Requirements Management

• Guide teams in product management best practices and workflows
• Support feature decomposition and refinement activities
• Help standardize requirements gathering and documentation
• Facilitate retrospectives focused on product management effectiveness
• Establish and track relevant metrics for data-driven decisions

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience & Knowledge

• 7+ years of experience in agile product development
• 3+ years working directly with product management teams
• Strong understanding of agile product management practices
• Experience facilitating executive-level meetings
• Experience with enterprise software products

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and relationship building
• Ability to constructively challenge senior stakeholders
• Political savvy and influence skills
• Change management experience

Working Environment & Structure

• Mix of onsite/remote work collaborating across global time zones
• Reports to Chief Product Owner
• Works closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Stakeholders
• Fast-paced environment with evolving strategic product needs
