Project Charter: Blood Bank System

Our aim is to produce a project charter to develop a web-based application to present Blood Banking System to make the blood donation process easier and interactive for all the users.

Brief summary of the problem:

The goal of this blood management system is to serve the shortage of communication between blood donors and the needy by developing a user-friendly website that will increase interaction between administrators, patients, and blood donors.

Motivation for Solving the Problem:

Mitigation of Blood Shortages: Blood shortages are a common problem for many healthcare systems. By improving blood collection, storage, and distribution processes and ensuring a reliable and sufficient blood supply at hospitals and clinics, an effective blood banking system has the ability to solve this issue.

Saving Lives: The main reason for having a blood banking system is to save lives. For patients undergoing surgeries, cancer treatments, trauma care, and other medical disorders like anemia, blood transfusions are crucial.

Supporting Medical Advances: Medical advancements, such as organ transplantation, complex surgeries, and cancer treatments, often require a reliable source of blood products. These medical advancements are supported by a well-functioning blood banking system by supplying the appropriate supplies.
