Goal: Bootstrap the project — a working frontend/backend skeleton, authentication, core data plumbing (market data, indicators), and the LLM abstraction layer, so Sprint 1 can build actual agent reasoning on top of a stable foundation.

Definition of done

Login/registration works end-to-end with JWT, CI runs lint+tests on every PR, market data and indicator math are independently tested, and the LLM provider is swappable via .env.
