Retrospective notes
Core infrastructure (auth, database, CI, frontend scaffold) landed as planned. Broker/credential integration (#19, #24, #25) took longer than estimated due to dependency on a working Alpaca account and encryption design — moved to Sprint 2 rather than rushed.
