This is a page to document the updates we are making for accessibility:

• The title for a link is read if the link contains no text. It is not read for a link that contains text.
• additional labels for a link should be added internal to the link as <span class="sr-only"/>
• tab-index="-1" (or another index) gets the screen reader to pick up dynamic content
