Policy Document Issues and Scrum Board - samayasankuratri/flask_portfolio GitHub Wiki
Before closing an issue, make sure to add evidence and provide a ticket with a link to the code.
If anyone wants to incorporate an idea to the project, make sure to discuss with everyone in the Scrum Team before implementation.
Any discussion about an idea should be added to the To-Do column in the Scrum Board.
If an idea isn't approved by everyone in the Scrum Team, it will be archived and removed from the Scrum Board.
Before moving items to "In Progress" and "Completed" in the Scrum Board, the Scrum Team will discuss with each other to make sure everyone is on board with the progress so far.
If an idea is done, then it should be closed and provided with its respective evidence.
Each issue or item in the Scrum Board should be assigned to one or more members (depending on the task) to promote communication and organization.
Each issue should correspond to an idea that was previously discussed and agreed upon by everyone in the Scrum Team.
