• Due to the interaction with windows services, and the need to write into the Program Files directory, the application must be started as Administrator, please follow the below steps to make sure the application starts in administrator mode every time:

  • Right click the application executable file (default installation location is Program Files\is-linux OR Program Files (x86)\is-linux)
  • Click Properties, then go to Compatibility tab
  • Put a check mark on "Run this program as an administrator"
  • Click Apply, then OK
