PStore works on Nagara if you follow the following procedure:

• Flash Lineage recovery image. This can be used with stock and Lineage kernels.
• In my case, I have booted while having USB connected to PC and from recovery selecting "Reboot to system". Not sure if it is important.
• Wait for your boot to fail and get to reboot. It is important to let it blink led twice indicating reboot: once red for boot failure and once green for reboot
• As soon as the led blinked twice and you enter new boot, press VolDown and Power to get to recovery. Keep them pressed until you get Sony logo. Release buttons after that
• In recovery, enable ADB and pull pstore files from /sys/fs/pstore. Example content: console-ramoops-0 dmesg-ramoops-0 pmsg-ramoops-0
