This document is strictly intended for Admins managing AccessHub service access requests.

To view and manage incoming AccessHub requests, please use the following link:

Note: If you are a new admin and cannot access the sheet, please contact the HR team to obtain the required Google Sheet permissions.

Add Comments for Every Action Taken
- Right-click the cell in the Timestamp column of the request you’re processing.
- Select "Comment" and briefly describe what action was taken (e.g., "Access granted to AWS Dev role", "Requested additional info").
Refer to Previous Requests
- You may review past requests to understand how similar scenarios were handled.
Handling Admin Access Requests for Others If you assist someone in receiving Admin-level access, follow these security steps:
- Collect valid ID proof (e.g., EAD, Visa copy, or equivalent).
- Upload the document to the secure S3 location: s3://saayam-virginia-private/Administrators (ID Docs) - Do Not Delete/
- Once uploaded, proceed to grant access.

Before granting access or offering assistance to a new joiner:

Confirm that the individual has joined the official Saayam Organization WhatsApp Group.
If they haven’t, ask them to contact the HR team to be added to the group before proceeding.

If the request lacks sufficient details:

Instruct the requestor to first join their respective team and gather necessary information.
Only after they are aligned with their team should they reach out to Admins for access assistance.

Always prioritize security and documentation during access provisioning.
Follow up with the DevSecOps PM or Team Leads for any high-priority or escalated cases.
