Access Hub – Service Access Request Guidelines
The Access Hub Form is the centralized entry point to request access to various internal tools and services, including but not limited to:
- AWS Console / IAM Roles
- GitHub Repositories / Teams
- Email / Communication Tools
- Other Project-Specific Tools
Standard Processing Time
All standard access requests submitted through the Access Hub Form will be reviewed and provisioned within 24 hours of submission.
High-Priority or Time-Sensitive Requests
If your request is urgent (e.g., blocking a deliverable, production hotfix, or critical deployment), please follow these steps:
- Submit the Access Hub Form as usual, and
- Immediately notify the DevSecOps Project Manager or Team Leads via your designated communication channel (WhatsApp) to escalate and prioritize the request.
Reminder
Access will be granted based on role-based authorization and project-specific requirements. Please ensure proper justification is included in the form to avoid delays.
