4.Tell me about a time you were new to a situation or environment. How did you adapt?

I was put into one of our sister teams who work on archieves which is used to store data. I was little confused or overwhelmed at initial as they were expecting to deliver things eright after I was there. I made sure I asked many wuestions and took some one-one sessions with their team lead and finally I was able to nail it and delivered it in time.

Tell me about a time when you had multiple responsibilities to manage. How did you respond to this situation?

Team lead emergency leave- I took up the initiative to take up the tasks and with the help of other engineers I was able to finish that as well

It was during my intitial days in the team, when asked to estimate the time for a project, I underestimated the time to complete the task, and I realized that when I started working on it, I realized that early and talked to my manager about that. And luckly I managed to complete the task taking some help from my manager and team. As a result of that experience, from then Before I tried to estimate the work, I did my background work efore the estimation and learned estimating the tasks better from then.
