Blender addons to make the bridge between Blender and geographic data
Svershok
Sverchok is a parametric tool for architects and designers. You can use it to program object's shapes without knowing any programming languages.
Sverchok has been inspired by Grasshopper from Rhino 3D and uses a similar node-based visual programming principle. We are trying to bring this feature set to Blender users.
MeasureIt
Part of blender 2.79, MeasureIt is an add-on designed for displaying measures in the viewport, making the process of design objects with exact measures, easier.
These tools are extremely useful for any job that requires exact measurements, including architectural projects, technical design and 3D printing.
NP_Station
A sketchup like workflow
Exact offset
A mesh editing tool that allows you to precisely set the distance, scale, and rotation of mesh objects using vertex locations.
CAD snap utilities
Another sketchup like workflow
Camera matching addon
Blender camera calibration toolkit, that automatically aligns the Blender camera to match photographs based on user defined line segments.
Matlib_vx
Part of blender 2.79, a Material library manager.
Cut away shader
If you've ever wanted to cut away a cross section of a model, perform an architectural reveal or carry out some tricky special effects then this is the tool for you!
VI suite
The VI-Suite leverages capabilities within Blender to create sun paths and shadow studies, and controls the external applications Radiance, EnergyPlus and matplotlib to conduct lighting analysis, energy performance analysis, advanced natural ventilation network creation, glare analysis and wind rose generation.
