The outpost_giver_ready action is used to inform the outpost that one of the outpost mission giver groups is ready to spawn. This is a requirement as, when the outpost is initialized, the NPC group that contains the outpost may not have spawned yet.

This action does not require any parameters.

Implementation is currently commented out. It relates to the original outpost design as outlined in the retail manual of Ryzom. It is not used by the outpost gameplay that was eventually implemented later on.
