Deliverable Statement

The goal of this first design period was to get the backend of my security tool started. I utilized the security tool I use most in Virus total and setup a python tool that utilizes Virus totals api to gather information about a URL and determine whether or not its malicious based on the antivirus vendors Virus total utilizes.
