Style

The Cata restaurant site's look & feel was chosen for its simplicity of layout, classic look, and focus on images

We will use the Junction color palette, starting with the "coming soon" page

Homepage

The homepage will include:

• image slideshow (no autoplay)
• link to open table
• link to facebook (for daily specials, events, etc)

It is important that this page is vertically short, so most users can see the footer without scrolling, because the footer will contain pertinent information that will be unseen on pages with more content.

Photo Gallery

A single gallery page for food, the restaurant, et al., with images displaying down the page (not a slideshow or slider)

We discussed multiple pages, but we don't yet have an abundance of images, so we decided it can be expanded to multiple galleries in a later project, if you like

Menus

Food & Drink menus will have their own separate pages, but will each have the same style

Contact Forms

More info to come. From Michelle's email:

We can start with just three if that is easier (private events, catering, general), but that is essential purpose of the website from a revenue standpoint. We will need the custom fields to match The Local

About Us

Initially this single page will contain both:

• press releases, reviews, write-ups, etc
• about the restaurant, the chef, and other employees

Similar to Gallery (above), this can be expanded in a later project, once there is more content

Footer

The footer contains all contact info:

• facebook link
• address
• phone number
