First let's go to our working area:

cd /exp/icarus/app/users/rvizarr/gundam-icarus/

Now let's create a new tmux session:

tmux attach -t gundam

Now, let's load packages from Spack:

source setup_spack.sh

Go to the GUNDAM-1.9.X/ directory:

cd GUNDAM-1.9.X/

Setup GUNDAM, you should do this every time you need to rebuild:

source setup_GUNDAM.sh

Go to the configs files:

cd ../configs/

To run the fitter, do:

gundamFitter -c config_Fitter_FakeData_DeltaPT.yaml -o exampleAsimov.root -a

To extract the cross-section, do:

gundamCalcXsec -c config_CalcXSec_FakeData_DeltaPT.yaml -f exampleAsimov.root -n 150 -o exampleXSec.root

Download the new file locally:

scp [email protected]:"/exp/icarus/app/users/rvizarr/gundam-icarus/configs/exampleXSec.root" "/Users/rvizarreta/Library/CloudStorage/[email protected]/My Drive/🏛 PhD Repository/🚀 Research/🤖 Experiments&Projects/ICARUS/ICARUS_CC0pi_GUNDAM/data"
