The core folder was originally part of another project. The files within are supposed to be framework for a command line. However, we haven't been able to fully implement it into the team4-alt-dev branch. It needs to be altered to our needs first and some design choices are not fully understood. The environment class was removed as we shouldn't need to alter any environment variables.
