GeoFabrics is designed to be used as a framework for creating DEM and Roughness rasters for flood modelling.

Installation

Conda (Not yet supported):

conda install conda-forge::geofabrics

Pip:

conda install pip install geofabrics

Running the examples

• Download case study 1
• Add your LINZ data service API key (help) to the instruction files (e.g. 8m_unconditioned.json).
• Run within your conda environment within the case_study_1 folder using the CLI:

geofabrics_from_file --instructions 8m_unconditioned.json
