Your task is to implement Widget 1, 3, 4

Main requirements: Your implementation should not include any JS, only CSS/HTML allowed
Your widgets should look fine in latest chrome, on HD screen.

Widgets:

1. The orange circle is selected date, holidays of the current month should be highlighted with orange color
2. All selects should be custom
3. You should implement switching between tabs
4. Tooltips above the columns are hover effect
5. Email, file and textarea inputs should be used

All forms should be semantic: HTML forms structure, Forms widgets
