Master data Feld Description Doc.No. ( Ref.No) Calculation number and quotation/order allocation number. The first number is a sequential, unique number which is automatically assigned. The second number is only assigned if the calculation was created from a quotation or order. This number is also entered in the quotation/order. Project Field Description BOM hmtoggle_plus1 BOM to be used for breakdown Here, the BOM is proposed, to be used for breakdown of the assembly. It is stored in the item or item version.

This fields is visible only, if Item version control was activated.

This field can be edited only at new creation. (beas9.1-004-000) Routing hmtoggle_plus1 Routing to be used for breakdown Here, the Routing is proposed, to be used for breakdown of the assembly. It is stored in the item or item version.

This fields is visible only, if Item version control was activated.

This field can be edited only at new creation and with enabled option Routing directly selectable (beas9.1-004-000) Description Item designation or designation of item version Drawing number Item drawing number or drawing number from item version Project Allocation to a project Revision Revision number Planned completion Planned completion Customer Selection field Customer number Name, Address Display or input field from customer master Description Item Description Drawing Number Drawing number from master data editable Customer drawing number Input field Customer item Input field Change Reason Input field Changed on Input field Changed by Input field, selection field Additional Information Input field Planned completion Planned completion Branch Assigned branch (only with activated multi-branch solution)

Valuation Field Description Calculation Schema The calculation schema to be used. Default: calculation schema stored in the item master. If none is stored there, the schema stored in Configuration Wizard - Calculation - Pre-calculation is used. If no schema is specified, the default schema Std is used.

The calculation schema specifies how the costs are totaled, and which surcharges should be added. For more see Costing objects Material valuation hmtoggle_plus1 Determine material valuation Default from Configuration wizard is used. See Configuration wizard - Material pricing

Can be set up only at new creation. subsequent change possible in tab "functions"

Valuation for external operations is not affected. These are set up in configuration wizard only.

Concept pricing see Pre-calculation material purchase price

Special price lists hmtoggle_plus1 Consider special price lists? For a new calculation the setting from configuration wizard applies, it can be changed for every calculation separately.

Note: Valuation for external operations is not affected. These are set up in configuration wizard only

See Configuration wizard - Special price lists Pre-calculation - Material - Purchase price

Consider blanket agreements Check, if blanket agreements are to be considered Always determine current price of material If checked, pricing of material is always determined according to current price list. The settings is read from Calculation schema. See Calculation schema Weight manually Enable to enter the weight manually, otherwise it will be calculated automatically Cut-off Cut-off flag, copied from the item master. A different flag can also be selected. For more information on scrap, see Scrap.

If the scrap is changed, the scrap quantities are automatically recalculated.

The scrap value is only considered for the assembly to be calculated. For sub-assemblies, their scrap value is not considered as this is lot size-dependent on the sub-assembly, which is not always stipulated. Scrap % Scrap factor stored in the item master. If this is changed, the scrap quantities are automatically recalculated. Warehouse If in basis initialization "Price per warehouse" was enabled, the warehouse indicated here is used as default, as long as in the BOM no withdrawal warehouse was defined. See Pre-calculation - Material - Purchase price Calculation with scales Up to 4 different lot sizes can be specified. Here you specify the lot size for which the result should be displayed. Calculations are always performed with all lot sizes in the background. Lot size 1...4 Here, up to 4 lot sizes can be stored for which costs, material and time should be calculated. The first lot size corresponds to the calculation lot size stored in the item master. Cut-off quantity 1...4 For every lot size, the scrap quantity, which is dependent e.g. on quantity, is calculated automatically using the scrap flag and scrap factor. The scrap quantity does not affect the quantity to be calculated, only the material requirement and resource time, and therefore the costs.

Scrap quantities are only considered for in-house production. They are ignored for purchased items. Sales price 1...4 A sales price can be entered for every lot size. This is required for the breakeven analysis.

It is also possible to input the sales prices in the "Calculation" tab, as the calculated sales price is already displayed here.
