Any documents can be appended. Only a link to the document is added. For this reason, the document must be located on a release network directory and the full access path (including server name) must be specified.

Field Description Info Any text information Version Free input Cross Reference Directory and file name of the document. Selection is made using the "Select file" button, and this is opened using the "Open" button available Active: Reference is valid, document was found Deactivated: Reference is invalid, document was not found or there is no access right to the specified directory Entry by Name of user Entry on Date of entry
