Field Meaning Document number Document number of the selected work order Work order Work order number Position Position number Actual / Plan Hooklet: activates Actual/Plan - comparison Type hmtoggle_plus1 Type of calculation Accumulated All costs incurred will be valued. Assembly posting will only be valued if this was enabled in settings. By default, assembly postings do not affect the price. Special case: warehouse withdrawal. (see Valuation of assemblies)
Example: order related assembly structure (10) Assembly A |_ (20) Assembly B |_ (20)/(10)Material C
In WO post-calculation costs are passed on from lower level to above levels. Assembly "A" thus contains the costs of Assembly "B" and Material "C" and of the calculation schema
In Batch-Post-calculation only one result row is displayed (see option "accumulated, all assemblies separately calculated) Default The actual post-calculation value of an assembly is valued. The additional postings of the sub-assemblies are considered. Example: If for the sub-assembly B costs arose, but the assembly B was not yet reported as completed, these costs are not passed on to the superordinate assembly A. One step Only the current level is valued. Sub-assembly are valued as material (default) or according to the setting "value assembly". Projection function is available.
This is the default valuation method, which is used to value assemblies for postings. Accumulated, all assemblies separately calculated Each position is calculated in several steps separately. The results of the sub-assemblies are not saved.
This option is available only in the batch-post-calculation
hmtoggle_plus1 Example order related assembly structure (10) Assembly A |_ (20) Assembly B |_ (20)/(10)Material C
Calculation:
-
"accumulated" for Assembly "A", which contains all costs of Assembly "B" with Material "C" and all surcharges of the calculation schema
-
separately "accumulated" for Assembly "B", contains the costs of Material "C") and all surcharges of the calculation schema
Result: two rows Result of total structure Assembly "A" Result total structure Assembly "B"
Note Option is available only on Batch-Post-calculation.
See Valuation Valuation to Selection from valuation methods ( according to configuration wizard) Resource cost rate Determines, to value resources at which cost rate. Default: no entry=planned and actual values are used. If a cost rate is selected, planned and actual values valued at the selected cost rate. See Cost rates beas9.0-000-003-000 Schema Used calculation schema Valuation price date (period)
Only costs from the selected valuation dates (period) are calculated. Valuate assembly Determines how sub-assemblies are valued. Option is only available for type "single step" available. See Configuration wizard - Post calculation - single step valuation
