It is now possible to store the cost rate per minute at marginal and full costs. The cost element can also be specified. This makes it possible to outline the setup and processing time separately.
In this example, the personnel costs are also activated, but this is not possible for a machine grouping. Alternatively, the personnel costs can be factored into the setup and processing time.
The setup costs can now be displayed separately in the calculation (see setup of calculation objects in chapter "Separate wage costs".

This example clearly illustrates that 5 minutes of setup time and 10 minutes of processing time accrue and the person, who may only operate one machine, generates the entire duration (setup + processing time), i.e. 15 minutes of cost for this work sequence.
This has the following effect in the area of production: A resource is stored in a work sequence with the corresponding settingressourcesetup3
If the work sequence is now logged in, the employee can choose whether to log in the setup time or machine time. ressource1 The program determines which functions are available directly from the master data / resources rather than the work sequence as the information in the work orders represents the plan data.
