Navigation: Production > Quality control: Batches to be checked No contents entries on this page Contents The list "Batches to be verified" includes all batch items that are not released. This status is set e.g. on entry from goods receipt or production receipt (if configured accordingly), or if a batch is set to "not released" manually in SAP Business One. Blocked batches are not displayed. The list is updated automatically every 5 minutes.
If there is a QC plan for the batch, the batch is displayed in red. Columns are dynamically adjustable, (window settings) UDF and templates are supported. If an entry is edited, a qc order is created automatically if it is not yet existing. If no inspection plan is stored, the entry cannot be edited. If a qc-order is already existing, it is opened.

For example, if you put in 5 days, all batches are blocked with a shelf life date that has passed already or will pass within the next 5 days.
If released after a quality control check, the expiration date is set new. (see Item master - Batch - Shelf life in days) Calculated from manufacturing date. If empty, then today.
On blocking a batch, an inspection plan is created automatically if a QC plan is stored for the item in question. Create QC-order A QC order is created for all batches for which no order exists yet and where a QC plan is stored for the item. This is necessary, for example, if a batch is blocked manually or a goods receipt entry is created via SAP Business One. Search field Entry field for free search
