Navigation: Production > Capacity Planning > APS > Planning View: Multiple selection No contents entries on this page Contents The APS-view supports bulk actions like multiple selections.
Bulk actions as well as the Gannt view always consider all entries in which the "OK" column has been activated. The following options are available for selecting multiple orders at once:
Select / deselect all entries Right click on title heading "OK". With "select all", all entries are selected, indicate "no", all entries are deselected.
Select an entry By double-clicking on an entry all other entries will be automatically deselected and the selected item is highlighted.
Choose more entries To select other entries, just click the OK field.
Multiple selection / deselection With the multiple selection feature allows multiple entries can be highlighted and selected or deselected
Range selection: Choose the first entry, press the Shift key, select the last entry: Now the entire area is selected.
Single selection: Ctrl + click additional items. These are added to the previous selection
Activate the selected range only After highlighting, double-click the last selected entry. Now the selected entries can be activated (OK on) and all other entries disabled.
Additionally activate the selected area After highlighting, right click - select highlighted entries. All selected entries are enabled (OK on). The already enabled items are not changed.
Disable the selected area After highlighting right click - deselect the marked entries. All selected entries are disabled (OK off). The already enabled items are not changed.
