Setup for calculation
The setup time in hours or minutes is taken into account in production and costing analysis as well as in precalculation
See Setup for calculation
This setting has an effect on calculation of target time
Setup for Sched+Cap.
The set-up for sched+cap. in hours or minutes is considered in capacity planning and throughput time calculation.
This setting has an effect on calculation of target time
Mach+Labor Time/unit
Secondary time
Machine time/unit
The actual processing time per work step and the cost element.
See Mach+Labor Time/unit, Cost element, Time types
Personnel costs on Cost Element
Select cost type, to which personnel costs are booked
Times per .. Finished items
Number of assemblies finished in the time specified. For 100, the time specified refers to "per 100 assembly components per consumption unit". The default can be stored in the options.
Times in …
Unit of time in which times are stored – hours or minutes. The default can be stored in the options.
Resource allocation
Here you can specify the extent to which a resource can be utilized.
See Resource allocation
Operation active
It can be set here whether the operation should be included.
See Operation active
This switch is hidden by default and can be activated via Confguration wizard
Use factor
The use factor – the inverse of work steps. Example: By sawing a board apart, the material is provided for two finished goods - the utility factor is thus 2.
This setting has an effect on calculation of target time
Work steps
The opposite to the use factor. Example: Two steps are necessary to produce a part. The time per 1 cut is stored, the quantity of the required cuts is stored with number.
This setting has an effect on calculation of target time
Idle Time
The idle time determines the time in hours, in which the semi-finished part must not be further processed.
See Idle time
Overlap Limit
The overlap time to the next operation in hours.
0 enter number of hours 0 = No overlap limit -1 = parallel processing = following operation starts simultaneously with the current operation
see Overlap limit Parallel Operations and Overlapping Scrap Factor Scrap factor relating to this routing position in % This is calculated as (Mach+Labor time/unit) * (1 + scrap factor : 100) QC inspection plan A QC inspection plan can be stored for the position. See Routing QC-inspection plan
