Navigation: Production > Work order general > WO structure: Material requirement report No contents entries on this page Contents Material requirement list shows the requirement of selected work orders, BOM items or assemblies. That way, the order related requirement can be checked, and purchase orders can be created. For a storage related view, please use MRP.
The material requirement report is provided in two different versions.
hmtoggle_plus1 Standard version The list offers the following functions
- Overview on material requirement and current warehouse status
- Manual issue
- order related purchase orders and purchase requests
The list can be called up from work order structure, work order list, work order, work order item and others. Additional definitions see Configuration wizard - Production
hmtoggle_plus1 Columns, Rules The list is created using the same object as the Material issue screen.

Window settings and Templates are supported.
hmtoggle_plus1 Multi level display If the list is opened from work order structure and only one assembly was selected, its sub-assemblies are displayed as well. hmtoggle_plus1 Notes on templates Up to 6 additional fields can be defined for this list. This works only for work orders. Material requirement calculation for sales orders does not consider templates. Sorting and filtering is not possible on SQL-level.
hmtoggle_plus1 Notes on window settings Functions of this list are depending on the activated fields. Pricing is executed only if the price is not hidden. For large lists delays are possible.
Functions Function Beschreibung Update Build up the list new (for example after goods have been issues) Inventory history Open Inventory history Issue Open manual issue screen. Fields are pre-allocated for the selected item. Purchase request hmtoggle_plus1 Create a purchase request Function is available only, if the field "purchase quantity" is displayed. A Purchase request is created for all rows, for which a quantity and a supplier were stored. After, the quantity fields are cleared and the value in "purchases" raises. From a purchase request, you can create a purchase order or a drafted document. Purchase hmtoggle_plus1 Create a purchase order Function is available only, if the field "purchase quantity" is displayed. A purchase request is created followed by a purchase order. After, the quantity fields are cleared and the value in "purchases" raises. List Purchase requests List of purchase requests is opened. See Purchase request External operation hmtoggle_plus1 Call up External operation - collective purchase This switch is visible only, if in at least one external operation was stored in the selected work order or WO position. The window External operation - collective purchase is opened. This provided central access on material and services.

hmtoggle_plus1 beas2009-Version available only for compatibility reasons. Which Material requirement list to show, you can select in Window settings of WO structure. No new features are incorporated in this version.
