View on assemblies. In contrast to the work order structure view the work orders list can be configured freely. Use windows settings to define the display order of selected columns. With the template system additional formats and graphics are adjustable. Multiple selection is possible, but affects only the function "Material requirement". That means, material requirement is shown for all selected work orders.

Click on a row to open the document position to edit.

Field Meaning Position Unique position number Sales order Number of the linked sales order Doc. no Work order number Pos Position number in work order Item Item number of the assembly Description Item description as per item master. Can be changed here. Blocked Hooklet, if item is blocked Drawing number Drawing number Version Version number of the item (10 digit text field only for information purpose) Quantity Quantity to be produced in consumption units of the assembly

Complete Thereof completed Deliv.Date Planned delivery date of the assembly. Date relates always to the upper level of the work order structure See Assembly - Delivery date Closed Production assembly closed (in window settings "assembly closed") Customer No Customer number Name Customer name Priority Selected Priority for this assembly
