单独工资成本

Navigation: Production > Resources > Edit resource > Costs tab > Resource costs: Separate wage costs No contents entries on this page Contents Wage cost collection is only possible if the employee works with only one machine / resource. The machine and personnel times run 100% in parallel.

The setting can be configured differently for each resource. This is activated in the resource, "Costs" tab, "Evaluate personnel costs separately" If this option is active, the personnel cost fields (marginal costs / full costs) are displayed. ressourcepersonell1

The cost element to which the costs are written are also inserted.

The individual costs (machine / personnel) are not visible in the costing analysis or the time entry. The sum of machine and personnel costs is always displayed in the costing analysis. However the cost data is stored separately.

If the employees have custom hour or minute rates (depending on the program configuration), you can configure the program so that the personnel rate stored in the personnel master is used for the costing analysis rather than the planned personnel rate: ressourcepersonell1p

Separate display of machine and personnel costs The time types can be used to evaluate the machine and personnel costs separately. Here is an example with a new calculation to illustrate this precisely:

New operation - "General" tab Activate separate wage costs During processing, enter the previously created time type "Machine" and "Personnel" for personnel costs ressourcepersonell2

The machine and personnel costs are entered in the "Costs" tab: ressourcepersonell3

If you now process the first entry of the calculation and go to Calculation / Cost Elements, the costs per cost element are displayed: ressourcepersonell4

An outline of the cost elements is now required. There are two approaches: instead of the production costs, the costs of the individual cost elements are displayed, or the individual cost elements in addition, without these being added to the final sum (deactivate "Evaluate in precalculation" option).

The second option is used as an example: This is done using the calculation objects. You can insert any calculation object after the production costs, ressourcepersonell5 this is processed immediately. ressourcepersonell6

Description: Proportional machinery costs At production costs, automatic calculation, cost elements: machine, display time requirement (on request) No evaluation for precalculation (as already part of production costs)

The same for the cost element "Personnel" The individual cost elements are now listed in the calculation and not added. ressourcepersonell7

If only the costs of the cost elements should be listed, proceed as follows: Removing the "Production costs" object Activate "Evaluate in precalculation" in the inserted objects In the first object, set "Belongs to" to Production so that the program recognizes that these costs belong to the production costs from this line.

In order to avoid having to re-define the surcharges every time, you can adapt the calculation template directly under Calculation / Template.

  1. Copying the default template
  2. Adapting the newly created template
  3. Setup Wizard - Calculation - Set default template to the user-created template.
