Upper tab Tab Meaning Open Open provisions Closed Closed provisions stored in archive

Columns Field Meaning Purchase Order Number of the purchase order to which the provision is needed Date Date of the purchase order Supplier Supplier of the provision Name Supplier´s name Delivery date Delivery date of the provision Store External warehouse of supplier Warehouse name Name of the external warehouse Address, City, ZIP, country Supplier´s address status Actual status of the provision Provision Number of the provision

Lower Buttons Button Meaning Edit Open the old provision parts screen with less features and manual entry End Close the screen Provision Open new provision parts screen Activate Button only displayed, if the respective purchase order has not be closed. In this case, a previously closed operation can be re-opened. View Open a view screen, to review a previously closed operation. The provision parts screen itself cannot be opened. Close Provision is closed and stored in archive
