The following functions are available in the main menu

Forwards scheduling (or other calculation functions) This is used to re-schedule all work orders for which at least one position is marked with a red arrow. This function is only available if at least one position has been marked accordingly. After moving Determines how APS reacts if a position has been moved. see Move. View: (e.g. by resource, by order) Multiple views can be stored in the planning settings. You can switch back and forth between these views. see Edit Plan. The option is only available if more than 1 view is available. Open / close group Open / close subgroup Grouping functions. Visibility depends on the situation. For more information see Compress" Preview Preview and print Zoom You can use this to enlarge / reduce the entire view. Export You can use this to export the view to many file formats such as bitmap, EPF, JPG, etc. Display All Another window is opened in which the entire Gantt chart is displayed in small format (see Show All). The visible range is indicated by a red box. You can move and enlarge or reduce this. This main view is adjusted automatically. Hide automatically The menu is reduced automatically after 3 seconds if the cursor is not within the menu. Advantage: the menu does not cover any Gantt views on small screens.
