Navigation: Inventory > Warehouse Management: Open documents No contents entries on this page Contents Here, journal entries are displayed, created by postings in SAP Business One, for which no bin locations were allocated. Usually, posting to bin locations is performed just after the SAP Business One posting. There are a few exceptions:

  • the posting was canceled
  • the posting was performed when beas was inactive
  • the posting was performed via another Add-On or other interfaces
  • the SAP Business One inventory function was used

It should be checked regularly if there are open documents. For this purpose use the button "match". The accounting documents presented there should be processed promptly, otherwise the stock will differ from bin location stock. Before an inventory (stocktaking) is carried out, it is imperative to process open documents. First process post in documents, then issue documents.
