Field Description

Field Description Sales UoM Input of UoM Items per Sales UoM Input of item quantity per sales UoM Packaging UoM (Sales) Input of packaging UoM for sales, which is a multiple of the unit of measure. If the units of measure were defined when configuring the system, enter the measurements and press the tab key. The system then copies the unit of measure of the sales item to the field automatically. Also enter values for length, width, and height, so that the volume of the item can be calculated. You can also enter the value for the volume only without specifying the length, width, and height. Note: The dimensions relate to the sales UoM, not the basic unit. Net Weight Input of the net weight. Factor 1-4 Input of the quantity, which is a multiple of various factors. If e.g. a fence is sold, the corresponding default dimensions must be considered. The factor fields are used as variables so that the corresponding values can be entered into these fields for calculation of the relevant quantity. (1) is displayed as a suggested value. The values entered in the item master data are displayed in the documents.
