Field Description Field Description Calculation Schema hmtoggle_plus1 Default - Calculation schema which calculation schema to be used for pre-calculation and work order valuation.

See Calculation schema Lot Size/Calculation hmtoggle_plus1 Predefined calculation lot size in warehouse units In calculation this lot size will be used as production lot size See Pre-calculation - Display and lot size Calculated price This price can be filled manually and used as price reference for postings or calculations. This field can also be used as results field of a calculation (batch calculation). See Edit batch-calculation - fill calculation price

View fields which cannot be changed Field Description Last purchase price Price and currency at which the item was last received Last movement The last material issue (date) Last valued price Using SAP - Warehouse Management - Inventory Reports - Inventory Valuation Report a valuation can be created. These are stored and displayed in "Last valued price". Last valuation Date of this valuation Average Price Current valuation price (depending on the valuation method of the item, only if warehouse-oriented price management, only for continual inventory management)

Using beas - Calculation - Batch Calculation a calculation can be defined whose result is displayed here in the item calculation view. Follow this procedure:

  1. Set up batch calculation
  2. Activate "Item view" setting
  3. Calculation From now on the result will be available in this view Another area is displayed for this:

Tab Meaning Last calculation Detailed information on the last batch calculation including the most important result information Detail Detailed result of the calculation: The total calculation schema including result is displayed Chart of marginal costs History of material costs and production costs at marginal costs as a bar chart Chart of full costs History of material costs and production costs at full costs as a bar chart

Detailed information on "Last Calculation" tab Field Description Last calculation Date and time of the last calculation Calculation Number and name of batch calculation. You can call the calculation directly using the arrow. Type Type of calculation (simulation, valuation) Description Brief description of the calculation Template Calculation schema used Single level: If active, a single-level calculation was performed in the calculation Direct Material Costs Material costs at marginal and full costs Non Material Mfg Cost Production costs at marginal and full costs Production Price Sum of material costs and production costs at marginal and full costs
