Navigation: Inventory > Inventory transactions: Reservation list No contents entries on this page Contents All active reservations are displayed and can be deleted here. Multiple selection and deletion are possible. Only warehouse reservations, no receipt reservations are displayed. Currently, only the beas reservation system is supported. Each row represents a reservation on item/batch/bin location level for a pegging.

For transactions please use the issue and reservation screen

Column Meaning Type Reservation type warehouse reservation receipt reservation not related to stock, comparison fields are hidden Document Document type Number Document number Row 1 Work order position Row 2 Work order position assembly row Item Item number Description Item description Warehouse Current warehouse Batch Batch Bin location Bin location Requirement Remaining requirement of pegging Res. Entry How much has been reserved in total for that pegging. If this entry is large than the requirement it is displayed in red and marked as wrong. Reservation Total reservation for that entry (item/batch/bin) depending on pegging. If this entry is large than the current stock it is displayed in red and marked as wrong. For reservation type "receipt" this column is hidden OK hmtoggle_plus1 Allows direct issue If this check box was ticked, the marked row can be issued directly, by clicking the button "issue". The button is displayed, when at least one row was marked.

You can mark only reservations, which are

  • Of type "warehouse"
  • Linked to a work order (beas 9.0 PL: 07) Res. Total Reservation for that (item/batch/bin) independent from pegging. If this entry is large than the current stock it is displayed in red and marked as wrong. For reservation type "receipt" this column is hidden Inventory Stock of this item/batch/bin For reservation type "receipt" this column is hidden UoM Unit of measurement

Reservation type "receipt" is not displayed. Click the binoculars right below, if displayed to show all entries. Search (input field) hmtoggle_plus1 Enter a term to search for the following

  • Item number
  • Item description
  • Item match code
  • Document number
  • Batch
  • Bin Location (beas9.0-000-002-003) Issue hmtoggle_plus1 Issue marked reservations directly Button is displayed only, if at least one reservation row was marked using the check box. Then, you can issue the reserved entry directly.See Column "OK" (beas 9.0 PL: 07)
