The following fields can be filled: Field Meaning Work order Displayed only in case that "work order" was selected as type. Work order field has three fields: document number, line and position. In the third field next to the selection of an existing position number "-1" is displayed. There, a new work order position can be entered, item and quantity can be selected. hmtoggle_plus1 Field description Item Item number Warehouse Warehouse, to which items are posted Bin location Click the orange arrow: bin selection is opened in a separate frame: there are 5 columns; batch, status, quantity, reserved quantity and warehouse area Project Link to a project Batch/Series Click the orange arrow generates a new batch or serial number. Afterwards the arrow is hidden. Special case Serial numbers For serial numbers only a quantity of 1 can be entered.
Serial number reservation: Posting in a production assembly any quantity can be entered if serial number determination was set to "automatic" for the respective item and of serial numbers has been reserved. In this case a window opens where the serial numbers can be selected.

If a quantity is entered, it will be converted immediately to warehouse unit. Length, Width and Height are indicated, these parameters are considered in , using the conversion formula. See Conversion Cost center hmtoggle_plus1 Select cost center If no cost center is selected, basis settings apply.
Adaptation Use script in workordermanagement.src and materialmanagement.src to extend cost center determination.
