Field Meaning ID Stocktaking ID. ( continuous number through all kinds of stocktaking) Description Description Status Status of inventory: registration, booked, closed Warehouse Warehouse, for which a stocktaking is to be performed. Use the drop down-arrow to select warehouse areas. Warehouse area Selected warehouse areas Pricing Pricing, which is used for difference posting. Note: Only prices >0 are considered. Inventory valuation date Valuation date for this stocktaking. If correction postings are necessary, they will be done by this date. Account for posting in and issue If to use another than the standard account, enter the account here. Correction reference The entered reference text will appear in correction bookings. Notes on correction The entered notes will be added to correction bookings. beas-place holders are supported eg. for the date, at which the posting was performed Journal memo Content of this field is copied to SAP Business One goods receipt document to the field "Journal memo"and saved in posting journal. If the field is empty, the default value will be entered automatically. Start date Time and date, user who started the stocktaking Inventory valuation date Time and date, user who started the last difference posting Closed at Date and user who closed the inventory
Button Meaning OK Saves stocktaking and closes screen Cancel Cancellation without saving Delete Deletes the selected stocktaking Stocktaking Stock is posted into the system Complete Completes the inventory
