If prices are changed, you cannot correct them as long as stocktaking was not completed.

Note: At the moment of posting, the date may be in future only if this was allowed in SAP Business One - Administration - System initialization - Document settings - Allow future posting date

Correction reference The entered reference text will appear in correction bookings. Comment on correction The entered notes will be added to correction bookings. beas place holders are supported eg. for the date, at which the posting was performed Journal remark Content of this field will be copied to SAP Business One document "goods receipt" into field "Journal remark", this information is saved in the journal entry. If this field is empty, then default value will be assigned by SAP Business One automatically. Button Based on the kind of inventory initial or regular stocktaking, annual inventory count, buttons are displayed or hidden. Button Meaning All Filter off, all entries are displayed Differences Filter "only differences" which have been marked as "counted" Not counted Filter all entries which are not counted Not bookable All entries are filtered, which are not bookable according to last check Enter counting Opens screen to enter counting results Check Check entries (pre-check) Booking Book differences Inventory history Call up Inventory history for the selected entry
