The following units of measure (UoM) are stored per item. In this window, all units of measure are managed centrally for an item.

Unit of Store The item is stored in this unit Consumption unit The quantity specifications in the bill of materials refer to the UoM Usage. The conversion produces the conversion formula that can be specified in beas (Units of measure) and depends, among other things, on the shape of the item (cube, pipe) Sales UoM The item is sold in this unit. Conversion to the UoM Store with "Items per UoM Sales". The conversion can no longer be changed after a transaction. Purchase UoM The item is purchased in this unit. Conversion to the UoM Store with "Items per UoM Purchase". The conversion can no longer be changed after a transaction. Packaging UoM Sales The unit used for packaging (e.g. pallet). The conversion to the UoM sales takes place through the quantity per packaging UoM. Packaging UoM Purchasing The unit used for packaging (e.g. pallet). The conversion to UoM Purchasing takes place through the quantity per purchasing UoM.
