Various schemes allow customized displayes.

Rows tab Field Meaning Row Ascending position number of the row (as later in report) Object Via "right click" the following objects are available:

Category: serves as header, to allow grouping in profit / loss statement

Cost center: selected cost center will be is used in this row of the matrix

Cost center group: see cost center

Cost element: see cost center

Cost element group: see cost center

Assessment: see cost center

Sum: display sum of row values, which are defined by entering the position number (comma separated)

Sum %: percentage of 2 row values Selection Via "right click" the following selection is available, referring to the entry in field "object"

for object "Category": Field "selection remains empty

for object "cost center": possible cost centers for field "selection" are displayed

Columns tab Field Meaning Column Ascending row position number. Value Via "right click" the following values are available for selection:
- Cost unit list: all cost centers are displayed, which were marked as cost unit
- Sum: sum of row values, defined by entering comma separated position number Selection Via "right click" the following selection is available
- Budget: display budgets of the defined cost unit
- Current: display currently determined values of the defined cost unit Designation column Text field to define row designation in P/L statement
